Item unfortunately took 6 days to arrive from initial ordering, I was in contact with supplier who was most supportive and offered a replacement if the original item didn't arrive. Unfortunately the postage issue must have been with Royal Mail and therefore outside the suppliers control which tarnished the overall experience slightly.
