I had eBay step in and cancel the sale, TWELVE DAYS waiting for seller to ship was far too long & seller should have contacted me not wait for me to contact her. Seller has a “motion for summary judgement” hearing on 9-11-25 which is unopposed so hopefully summary judgement is going to end the case and get the estate property properly distributed. Seller is going to use this feedback as a court exhibit to show damages in a filing this week.Follow-up from: u***e- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.You were going to ship next day? After 12 days? That's unacceptable & untrue you never did ship. That's why I filed a case. You claim you were too busy to ship but it's your responsibility to honor all your commitments after a sale.
