First of all, delivery went well, and the product was not damaged. It was difficult to assemble the bike, and the user manual did not include instructions about how to put the front wheel. I had to learn how brakes work in order to set it all up. The brakes work, but are low quality. The chain came off the first time I tried it, because it was not put properly when packaged. Pedal assist mode works. Bike is big.
