My wife was at home waiting for the item and the driver claimed to attempt delivery. Not true. So I asked for a drop off at one of the official locations for pickup. Didn’t do that either. Had to get management involved to get the delivery. Seller needs a different company for deliveries. My wife loves her vacuum so all is well now.

    Love this deadbolt

    This is a great lock. I can have multiple fingerprints and never have to worry about forgetting my key or locking the door. One great feature, which can be disabled, is the auto lock after it opens. You can program it to delay how quickly you want it to autolock. I also like the fact that I can see on the app who came and went and the status of the battery. Installation is easy assuming your deadbolt hole is lined up. That took time sanding the hole to fit the lock properly.
