    Had not arrived after 13 days. Seller would not check parcel location. I asked for a refund and he ignored my requests. Eventually he checked parcel and it had not left the parcel point yet. Then offered to send tracked 24. It arrived 15 days after I purchased - yet the seller would not even allow me to get home and check the parcel before he was hounding me to close the case. Frustrating! Does not understand his seller obligations particularly where items do not arrive. Not a good experience.
