    I cannot praise this seller enough. Evri apparently lost this item. Seller did everything he could to find out what happened and sent out a replacement . Seller kept me updated and the second unit arrived today. As for the translator . . Cest bonne. Would highly recommend this seller , the customer service is second to none.

    Unfortunately, the unit arrived damaged, but the seller was totally 100% genuine and got the issue sorted, I will have no problem using him again in the future. Ond problem wd both had was dealing with the royal mail tracking which plainly states '48 hr ' tracked, but on delivery, and return it nearly took a week !!, which can cause both sides some issues in thinking ill of the other when not their fault .
