These filters are a life saver, literally.
I love my Holmes heap filter. I can clearly tell the difference from an old filter and a new. Although the light on my machine telling me it's time to change the filter has never actually came on, I replace the filters and my air quality is drastically improved. Not everyone enjoys smoke and being an herbal smoker I understand people's concerns for indoor smoking. Instead of changing my habits, I clean the air. Nice filters but slight manufacturing problem with the end secure loops that hold them in place
