BUT the seller was fantastic, Good communications and did do an instant refund, no questions!! Very good communications. I have suggested wrapping the hands (Were bent due to package damage)a couple of times with maybe a lolly stick to stop them bending if the package is handled by the same post office monster. Basically the seller is A+ well done, shame about the postal service,,,
