    Purchased the Gourmia gaf798 6.7l airfryer, a different model arrived, not what I wanted, I was not contacted that my item was out of stock and was sent to me anyway. Contacted seller, and said I had to pay for the return post, then when the refund was issued they placed a grievance that the packaging was damaged and deducted £40 from the refund. The item was not opened, just returned. Also change the description on my purchase and one photo for the model which I was incorrectly sent.
