      Small book with big ideas to help our memories improve.

      Good book to help our memory be better. Helpful tips as well as advice for living a fully life that doesn't go too deep in to that subject but does touch on being mindful and present in everyday moments. One example is using a P.I.C. method for memory when reading. P=purpose, I=interest, C=curiosity. This method is described as a way of directing our minds to what we are reading to help retain what we are reading. It helped!

      The more you put into it the more you get out of it.

      The more effort you put into it the more you get out of it. The author demonstrates multiple techniques. Letting you decide which ones to use. They work. Like anything worth doing they all take effort to learn. But once learned they are effective.
