    Seller video shows watch is working face down when received the watch not working with face up , when winding there is miss /sleep Seller put the watch in match box and wrapped the box not the watch which been moving Seller ignored all the above when contacted Watchmaker assessed, one wheel of mainspring damage,one side of balance wheel broken Seller description need service , but watch need repairs /replace parts and service,disappointed buy .

    A service involves diagnosing issues and repairs if necessary. I’m not a watchmaker, I source and sell on. However, the video shows the watch working and holding power so no broken balance or mainspring You made it aware to me before you purchased you weren’t happy to pay for the whole watch as you only needed it for one part and constantly asked for money off before buying and asked refunds after it arrived. We exchanged many messages so you were not ignored. It was not sent in a matchbox.
