Seller was delayed with shipping unfortunately though was definitely worth the wait, especially for the price. Chair was unboxed as if it was brand new, only a slight scuff on the back on a small panel.

There are slight differneces in the headrest mountings, presumably one is an older model. This makes no difference to us but if you are looking for a matching set you may not get them exactly the same.

On top of that, the chair was in great, practically factory condition and when the headrest arrived with a slight crack, they got back to me quick and said they were sending me a replacement right away. Amazing fast delivery and the box arrived nicely packed. It took me a whopping 7 minutes from unboxing to assembly to adjusting the chair to my ideal setting :) The chair has a lot of adjustments from the height of the backrest to the lumbar support and armrest. I chose the Medium size which would be ideal for users up to 170cm in height. Highly recommended from an amazing seller.
