Once I started a return the seller claimed the couldn't send either a return laber or send a refund (since the return was already started). Had to call ebay customer service and ask them to step in, in order to escalate the case and get a refund. See photos that I took after I recieved the item in hand and compare it to similar Stone Island frost gilets.
