I highly recommend this seller to future buyers as he is very devoted. The issue I had has been solved due to the fantastic communication. We are only human and yes honest mistakes can be made, I jumped the gun too early without giving the seller a chance. Again I can only apologise for this, but also thank you as a highly rated seller which I give you 100% for.

I contacted the seller asking him to advise whether he would send the correct item or refund for the incorrect item. No acknowledgement was made about the item being incorrect as well as damaged and the idea of me spending approx $2 for a postage paid envelope to send a damaged item back for a net refund of $2.80 ($4.80 purchase price) is just silly. A no questions asked refund was in order. The pics speak for themself.
