      Talks a little too much.

      It takes a little longer than D5 to map rooms, quieter, vacuum pattern not quite as precise but gets the job done. The only downside, it talks a lot, stops frequently to reorient itself, ultimately extended battery life doesn't make the unit clean house faster due to stops while cleaning but doesn't get lost easily and completes cleaning thoroughly after recharging twice. D5 requires one recharge and just has more efficient cleaning pattern, no stops but it's getting old, needing repairs.

      you need a decent tutorial so the layman can do it

      I am 81 years old and have no need for the wi-fi. I have tried to download the apt and can not get that right.. All we need ids to turn it on and let it do its thing. I have spoken to a couple of your techs and first of all they do not speak english well enough to teach anyone anything.

      SUPER vacuum without the physical stress and effort!

      LOVE THIS! I already had a much older Presto but I wanted to buy one that I could control from my phone and/or have areas that it would NOT clean. This is it! This is D-shaped which means it gets into your CORNERS--and cleans like an expensive maid! Although sometimes it runs along in illogical pathways, it always does a FABULOUS job at cleaning my carpeting, floors, etc. I am so glad that I bought it--and at such a FANTASTIC price!

      I’m in love with the neato vacuum

      I have nothing bad to say about the product Prior I had the D3, which I had for about 3 /4 years maybe and I was so pleased with it when it died I had to get another one. Of course I had to update and upgrade vacuum machine, but I’m thrilled with the one I have now ,hoping to get the same results. I did with the D3
