The seller told me that it was not available and offered to sell me a cheaper case with a partial refund they sent to my eBay account. I do not find this to be acceptable. I will need to send all of the chess set back since they will not send me the case I ordered. I will also expect the remainder of the funds I expended to be refunded. I need eBay to arrange my refund.
