    General comments on the motherboard

    Built with an AMD A8-7650 running Windows 10 within the hour, no issues. I like the MB and would buy another. A couple of comments, never really affected my build, they didn't bother me. Maybe they will you. 1. Don't buy a wide CPU cooler, like a lot of small form factor boards, a wide cooler will cover the memory slots. An example is SilenX EFZ - 100HA2. Compatable but too wide for this MB. 2. Gigabyte desk top utility program doesn't seem to work properly for a lot of people, including me. 3. Couldn't enter bios with HDMI, had to use VGA. Not the only one to have this problem either. 4. Had to correct the RAM frequency in the BIOS. It defaults to 1333MHz

    Not a good buy.

    The board requires a certain CPU to run properly, as that did not come with this item I am having great difficulty obtaining the right CPU for this board.Some CPU's require the addition of a Graphics cards so again more expense. The board does work but I fell it is not a very good buy for this modern age, as it is out of warranty with the makers anyway.

    Good value for the money Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2

    I have built two home PCs with the Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2 for watching Netflex and DVD's one with a AMD A10-5800K and one with A10-7700k and both PCs have had been working great!
