Another kettle....
This was kettle number three. We tried some cheaper models and they failed one by one so by the time I decided to pay more to get a better quality machine I was a little jaded to say the least. However I found this refurbished Sage kettle and made a sensible offer for it which was accepted and duly found a place on our worktop. I recently purchased two Sage products for espresso and coffee grinding and being impressed with the build quality thought it a reasonable assumption that the kettle would be built to the same standards. I was right. It is and it works, simply, reliably and looks good too. I've never used a glass kettle before because I was concerned about the effect of the water hardness on the glass in the longer term but I've started filtering my tap water with a jug filter, ... Tea for Two
As usually there are just two of us we were looking for a smaller kettle to replace our large one. This is perfect & as it boils rapidly & no problem if we need more, just fill it again. It’s robust & well made. The only comment is that my husband finds it too fast as he usually does his exercises whilst waiting for the kettle to boil, he also misses the rainbow lights of our old one.

Great Kettle - works very well
The smaller size and higher powered element make it ideal for daily use for two people. Very pleased with it. Of course it can be filled up but tends to be used by us for smaller quantities.

Very stylish and compact
This kettle was great value, though I bought it as used, it is in great condition. I can see water boiling, and is nice. The only thing I don't like - it's bit noisy. The cord could be bit longer. I like the lid that opens slowly.
