Chased 3 times got told between the Thurs & sat. Then got a text on Sunday to say was going to be delivered the next day. Delivery driver was wonderful but there was no foot stool. Was told he was going to report back to the unit and I'd recieve a call that day to either collect myself or to arrange delivery.
