The gray water will drain into the systemvia three 1-1/2" inlets, two low inlets (with built-in check valves) on either side of the housing and one on top of the enclosure. TheSaniswift drain pump is used to pump gray water away from a variety of fixtures inresidential applications.

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars.
I bought this product so that I could create a laundry room in my basement. My husband and I set it up, ran all the plumbing, and all of the exhaust venting in about 4 hours (including 2 trips to Lowes). Pros: It works great. The pump only turned on a couple times during the drain cycle and it didn't stay on for long. It pumped the water out of my basin sink faster than the washing machine could put it in! Cons: The instructions are lacking in detail. The rubber fittings at the top of the unit (especially the output) leak - nothing bad, but we did need a bead of silicone. The unit is loud when it kicks on - doesn't bother me so much since it is in the basement and it only running for a few seconds at a time. Overall: I would recommend this to anyone that needs to create a bathroom or laundry room in their basement. It was a great value (compared to hiring a plumber) and it works super fast.

Very Good pump
I have a plumbing related background.I can tell what work well and what doesn't and this is an excellent ejector pump for it's intended purposes. I installed a commercial double sink in my basement and it handles both sinks without any problems whatsoever.
