The Post Office misdelivered the package to another street in my town and they tried telling me the seller sent it to the wrong address. I confirmed with the seller that they have my correct address and they did. The Post office would not give me the address where they delivered the package to, but only the street. There are 38 houses on that street. So nothing I could do. Seller even though a USPS issue they issued me a refund.
