However, the voltage settings on the unit do not correspond accurately to the voltage delivered. The 3 volt setting actually delivers 5.5 volts (83% higher than indicated) which is fine as I require 5 volts. The other marked settings are equally wide of the mark. So, always check the output with a multimeter before connecting it to your prized gadget. Of course, other units may be more accurate.
