The warranty card was not filled out, which is not the fault of the seller, who is not an AD. This is NOT an issue for me, but always ask in advance if it's important to you. USPS crushed the shipping box, which damaged the corner of the outer watch box. This is NOT an issue for me, but I recommend the seller use bigger/better packaging for future items.
