This is the second club purchased from this seller and the packaging was great. Shipping was ok, took a long time to get this club. Almost 8 day from East Coast to AZ. Maybe it was FedEx's issue, but the club went all the way to CA to come back to AZ. It's free shipping so I guess it make sense, but just a bit longer than I would do again. Highly recommend this seller for quality and description.

My order was confirmed on 9/5 with an estimated delivery date 9/8-9/10. The seller offered free shipping however, with free shipping it turned into economy. I was not notified in the details of my order how this would affect the delivery date by accepting free shipping. Therefore the club wasn’t delivered until 9/16. I emailed the seller about the delivery date and no response.
