The item is made of quality material, but when I attempted to install the canopy, it was too tight, and began to warp the side expander piece. When I took a tape measure to check corner to corner I measured roughly 119” each to 119 1/2 - not 120 x 120, which is 10 ft. The loss of an inch on each side, with material that is as expected not stretchy make it unworkable.

Nice Quality is WAY Better than the stock slant leg canopy top.
