      Although the listing provides no indication that it does not include a power supply, it arrived with none. When buying a computer, it's reasonable to expect a power supply unless told otherwise! I sent the seller a message about this before posting feedback and never received a response. Until the one I've ordered on Amazon arrives, I have no way to check how well it works (or if it works at all). It has multiple scratches on the case but not too bad.

      The items arrived in a timely fashion. Device model was as advertised, but everything else was either missing or incomplete. Only 50% (8GIG) of the 16GIG ram was included. And the boxes came without SSD even though they were supposed to come with 256GB M.2 SSD. In summary, the item came, it was operational, but not as described.
