        The seller took 13 days just to create a UPS shipping label. After that another 8 days elapsed and the package had not been handed over to UPS. At this stage the seller wasn’t responding to any messages so I reported the item as not arrived as the far end of the estimated delivery window had been surpassed by this stage. I waited for the seller to respond to my report and by the deadline there was no response so I let eBay handle it which ultimately led to a refund. Overall very bad service.
