Luckily a neighbour took it in for me but was away for a couple of days so I had no idea what had happened to the package. When I contacted the seller I was told to raise a claim with their chosen courier company. The tone was awful, each operator wanted a complete version of the complaint even though the thread was being answered. Terrible service and attitude.
