Young Herc by super her fan
Good series, good plots playing off the characters of the regular Herc show. Some of the stories do counteract stories in the main show, but they are still fun & worthwhile. It does a good job showing what young Hercules was like trying to find his place in the world, as well as some episode showing his friend Jason's struggle to learn to be a good king. Great for fans of the regular Her show who want more action or a show for youngsters. It does have a good featurette, but no other special features. (Universal is not big on giving any thing like deleted scenes for Hercules.) The only real downside was some episodes (about 4) have "CC" and/or "TVY" at the beginning. (This indicates the makers lost the original production tapes & had to use a copy meant for TV arriing when they dubbed everything to DVD.)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
