    I purchased this dress in June and received a tracking number fairly quickly, but it’s now the middle of July and still have yet to receive the dress. I’ve sent messages asking when they plan on shipping and have never received a response. I’m not sure if it’s because of ethnicity or that I live in the southwest that is causing the seller to not want to ship my purchase, but either way this is POOR customer service. It’s not like it was a cheap purchase. It’s a Fendi dress that I paid a lot for.
