I'm sure that what I'd spent on it I'd at least saved in lowered energy bills. This model was no different. It arrived ahead of the expected delivery date and in great condition. Although listed as B grade it looked pristine and I can't remember see anything wrong with it at all.

Spoke with the company and they said fine not to open, any problems could be sorted out later. I hope that's correct but the product does come with a 3 year guarantee so that gives peace of mind.
