It is loose inside so the metal heavy bat doesn t take long to punch through the cardboard and loose all the small components inside. The seller must remedy this issue immediately. Communication is excellent and upon poor feedback the seller offered me a partial refund for the bits I had to buy to complete this tool. Excellent communication and can be trusted to resolve issues. Must listen to consumers about packing issues. Recommend *
