Serving as a prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Old Blood finds gamers guiding Captain B.J. Blazkowicz on two missions deep inside Nazi Germany. There are a handful of new weapons to wield and a variety of new enemies to battle as layers can wield a handful of new weapons as they break into Castle Wolfenstein, battle an evil prison warden, and try to discover the location of General Deathshead's secret compound. The action then leads to the city of Wulfburg, where an ancient and destructive power is being excavated by a Nazi archaeologist.<br><br>As in The New Order, The Old Blood doesn't let players recover health simply by avoiding combat for a few moments. Health regenerates in small segments, and gamers must use a cover and lean mechanic to avoid taking too much damage, while locating health or armor to fully recover. There are also number of perk trees that reward gamers with upgrades and new abilities depending on the way they engage in combat.

    My second favorite of the series. Old blood is old school like Return to Castle Wolfenstien. Holds up well in 2024. Much better than most newer games coming out.

    Great old school Nazi combat

    If you like the old Xbox or PS Wolfenstein games you will really like this. It's a plain and simple shoot the bad guys and help save the world. Lots of fun unless you are one of those , " my mommy never let me play with toy guns", people!!! 1st person shooter without having to think too much. Not boring and I will keep it for its' replay value. Be careful! Sometimes when you kill them they will come back as zombies and want revenge.

    Great game/ disappointing case

    The game itself is absolutely amazing and the disc was perfectly good since it was new and sealed but the game case and cover were damaged which was really disappointing. The case and cover were dented taking away from the cosmetic value.

    It's a great sequel?

    Not too bad for a sequel, I found it very fun but compelling to play. It does come with some difficulties but I'd think a lot of gamers will enjoy, although it's a very short game, I think it's a good deal of a game to play.
