PM3s are half the price. Seller insisted he had sent a Duro chain, but I wasn t convinced, so I returned it. On receipt of return, seller wrote saying it was the correct Duro chain. Hopefully, he now realises the importance of correct packaging/labelling to avoid wasting everyone s time on unnecessary returns & to maintain trust which, once lost, is hard to regain.Reply from: jghockey50- Feedback replied to by seller jghockey50.- Feedback replied to by seller jghockey50.For some context we don't always get the right amount of Duro and Picco boxes from distributor so use the boxes available. Yes there was a mistake on the label we printed, however I asked customer to open the box to check as I was convinced I sent the right chain. They didn't and send further messaged and again asked them to check the chain they didn't and returned it. When I checked the chain when returned it was the correct one. So convinced they were right they wouldn't check???
