Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received, special 'thank you' to Krystian who was more than helpful with a couple of minor issues. The scooter is GREAT! just what I needed to get around easier. It is a bit heavy, but manageable with 1 person if seat and battery removed (easy) can also be split further to reduce the weight when lifting in and out of the car if required. A+++

No leg room at all or foot space. Seller accepted return and refunded part less courier fee - the Expedition model is much more suitable for average /normal size people and we bought one of those from the same seller instead. Refund processed quickly and courier delivery and pickup was fast and uncomplicated
