PayPal
PayPal has been chosen as the website’s payment processor for trusted, safe, and secure transactions. All orders will be sent to the address associated with the PayPal account if you don’t have a PayPal account then you do have the option to check out as a guest or create one.

Payment can be made only using the methods above, payment for your order will be taken immediately. You will receive a confirmation of successful payment from PayPal.

Bank Transfer
Payment can also be made via direct bank transfer as a small business this avoids expensive processing fees. We can then pass the savings directly on to you with the products and low pricing we offer. Payment details will be provided on your order confirmation and we must receive the payment within 10 minutes of placing the order otherwise the order will be cancelled and relisted.
Delivery Information
We understand how important it is to receive your delivery on time, so we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday – Friday) if you place your order over the weekend then this won’t be posted until Monday.
Delivery times are estimations and are in no way a guarantee. Most items will reach you the next working day but in the unlikely event, they don’t then please allow between 3-5 days for UK deliveries, and 7-10 days for deliveries worldwide.
Royal Mail usually attempts delivery between 7.00 am – 1.30 pm Monday to Saturday, but this can vary at peak times. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery they will leave a calling card for you to collect the item from your local collection office and this is your responsibility.

No countries have been restricted from Worldwide shipping. The courier and the tracking number will be confirmed once your order has been placed. Any customs or exercise duty fees are your responsibility. Your order may also be delayed due to customs over which we have no control, please bear this in mind when ordering.
If your delivery is subject to damage or loss then Common Cultured cannot be held accountable without valid proof. In the unlikely event that an order is showing as delivered and you haven’t received it then it will be your responsibility to submit a claim with Royal Mail please note only £100 of the order will be covered if using the Free Shipping option otherwise please select Special Delivery for cover up to £750.
Product Information
Whilst every effort is made to keep product information up to date and accurate we hope you understand that unintentional errors may and can occur. If you do identify an error or omission, then please do let us know. All measurements are taken as an approximation and are not 100% accurate, we only provide these as guidance. We’re happy to double check any measurments so please get in touch if you’d like us to do so. The colour will be matched as accurately as possible to the description. Please always use the advertised image for a truer representation of the product colour. Items are photographed in studio white light and different monitors/conditions can have an adverse effect.
Used Category
All items within this category have been previously worn to some degree. We will only try to stock items that are free from stains, rips, tears, discolouration, or any other obvious damage. If the item does have an issue this will be stated within the Full description. Otherwise, by purchasing from the used section you accept the item may have some general wear/marks from new.
Order Information
Once you place your order you will receive an order acknowledgement. Your order will only be accepted once the item has been dispatched. If the order is cancelled at any point before dispatch you will receive a full refund minus any fees associated with the payment. Bank transfer doesn’t have any associated payment fees so please take advantage of this. If a problem has occurred with your order we will contact you immediately via email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed via the website even after acceptance following certain situations.
· The item is out of stock
· The product description or detail is incorrect
· The item is damaged
· There is an issue with your payment/billing information
· There was a pricing error
· You would like to change the delivery address
Sell to Us
We recommend that all items sent to us are tracked and insured. Unfortunately, we can only accept deliveries via Royal Mail at our PO Box address. You will be made aware of this during the process.
If an item sold to us through our ‘Sell to us’ service arrives in a condition different from the description provided, or if we have not been informed of any faults when providing you with a quote, we reserve the right to withdraw our offer entirely. We may provide you with an updated or reduced quotation after assessing the item’s condition.
Upon arrival, all items are subjected to washing and laundering. If a garment requires stain removal, we may charge a small fee to cover the time spent on improving the condition of your item.
In the unfortunate event that we receive a damaged or inaccurately described item which we cannot accept, we expect you, the customer, to cover the return postage cost. Once we receive payment for the label, we will arrange the return postage.
We cannot be held accountable for any items claimed to be damaged in transit or after being sent to us. This responsibility lies with you, and any claims must be made with Royal Mail.
