    Initially wrong item was delivered, but with excellent seller communication error was corrected and resolved satisfactorily. Item was as described. Packaging from wrong recipient was a bit scruffy but item was not damaged. Postage cost was good. On the whole item was good value . I would recommend this seller as though an error was made, excellent communications resolved the issue satisfactorily.

    The bag was as described and packed well but did not arrive as quickly as we had hoped. A tracking number was provided shortly after purchase and we were informed that our item was being packed so we assumed it would be sent imminently. Not so, it wasn't dropped off until 5 days later. We were also charged for Royal Mail Tracked 24 but the case was dispatched by EVRI.
