His response was to call me "Darling" and did not assure me, at all. It arrived today in a very thin bag not packed flat in a protective box and it was folded and bent, which damages the inlay so it does not fully block radiation. The seller could not understand basic English and the instructions were in Mandarin. At the same time, we actively contacted the buyer upon receiving this situation and provided a solution of refund or resend. But the buyer has been unwilling to communicate with me. :(
