I have since ordered 2 RCH202 cylinders and they are already on the way. I'm like a lot of buyers...I don't order things from internation sellers. Truth is I did it by accident. I am so very glad I did. I saved $2000.00 buying from them as opposed to purchasing the same from Enerpac's website. A P141 pump and 2 RCH202

    I am revising my review. The seller worked very hard to resolve the issue with my delivery. He/she initially offered to allow me to return the item for a full refund. In the end, we agreed on a partial refund in order to purchase a repair kit for the damaged part. The seller submitted the refund quickly. At this point, I believe this was an honest oversite in the packaging process and that the seller should be trusted for future purchases. I would purchase from them again.
