    Perfect for the job

    Refurbished genuine version of the Dyson hard floor head for various models. My experience of Dyson products has been mostly positive, and this is no exception. Clatters like a tractor when in use, but ideal for hard floors including laminate and click vinyl.

    A Perfect Suction Head

    A great suction head for wood/tiled floors. It picks up small or reasonably large pieces of debris and fluff and has a swivel directional head which makes it easy to drive through and around furniture.

    Great Buy

    This roller is very good, it fits perfectly onto the Dyson wand and find it is picking up a lot more, didn't realize how bad my roller had got which was purchased nearly two years ago when I first bought a Dyson rechargeable. I suppose you have to realize that eventually parts do wear out, but happy that my original roller has lasted so long. I am really pleased with the new one, the price of it is very reasonable considering it is the complete attachment not just the roller on its own. I would recommend it to anyone if you find your Dyson rechargeable isn't picking up as much as it used to.

    Cleans tiles and other hard flooring effectively and quietly.

    I have a V10 which was supplied with the harder brush head good enough for all flooring but on hard flooring it is a very noisy job. I also felt it might damage some flooring over time with friction from brushes. The soft velour head is delightfully whisper like and seems to me to kick up less fine dust from the sides of the head. Makes necessary tasks quick and less annoying. Love this accessory.

    Does a good job.

    When I bought the V11 I didn't notice that this model was mainly for carpets. Very noisy on a fully tiled floor. This soft roller is absolutely brilliant, very quiet, a bit pricey, but quality.
