Rotary cutter
This cutter can cut two layers at a time. It works in pressure. A tiny screw can be adjusted to increase or decrease the pressure between blade and wheel. I do recommend a trial run to get the hang of it. You do need to quite the fabric along to help keep it straight. Time saver. Could be an awesome little fabric cutter.
Because this cuts by pressure and not by a sharp blade it's a little iffy on cutting all the way through the fabric, keeping the fabric lined up while it cuts has been challenging. I am still working with it and all of this could be operator errorVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Stick to scissors!!
I purchased this product to help me with jelly roll strips of fabric for quilting. I use quite thin 100% cotton fabric and this "cutting machine" barely perforated the fabric. Thinking maybe the blade had dulled, I replaced it and got the exact same results. I then adjusted the blade as tight as I possibly could (as recommended) and still would not cut through the fabric. I spent more time going over the machine "cuts" with my pinking shears to make a clean cut then was worth it. Not worth the money or aggravation.
