    As I was studding for a Personal trainer, this book contained just what I needed - skeletal and muscle anatomy; brief explanation of different types of training; joints and their movements; very-easy-to-understand explanation of aerobic and anaerobic training - the difference, examples and how to include it in your routine in order to reach your fitness goals. The most interesting part for me was exercise examples - all are complemented by: 1) illustrations with an inside look of the main working muscles; 2) alongside of illustrations there are description of the exercise and training tips in order to prevent injury; 3) difficulty level; 4) analysis of movement chart - which joint is and how it is moving + which muscles are activated in the movement.
