I wasn’t checking my emails, just waiting patiently for the product to arrive. One day I received a tiny package just to get my attention and check my mail. Once I FINALLY sent pictures of my vehicle they had requested numerous times, we realized product did not fit my vehicle and they refunded my money immediately. Shipping is ridiculous, it ships from China and it took forever and they will not allow you to track it.     I got leather seat belt pads. They are soft and actually provide nice padding. They arrived brand new in unopened packaging. The color matches the leather seats in my Ford Edge Titanium extremely well. The seller kept me informed of the shipping status and the item arrived when it was supposed to.
