    "Top-rated seller" my ass. Books were described as being in 'good' or 'very good' condition but are 'average' at best. They were thrown into a reused box with no extra packaging to prevent movement during postage. Listed as being in English, but Volume One is in German. I contacted the seller, who eventually offered a partial refund. I am STILL WAITING. Intentionally ran out the 30day 'return request' window and has since stopped responding. Dishonest, garbage communication, shady seller.

    The buyer was sent the exact item that was pictured. The 1st book was in another language so I sent the buyer a refund of the cost of the first book and let them keep it. I send all items that are pictured in my listings and if a buyer has an issue I try my best to solve it as quickly as possible!

    In general I satisfied with the item, it was despite open package as per description was actually used and it is visible on rollers and drum, but the only big gripe was shipping effort and time wasted by seller. It took seller 4 days to actually ship my item. They print label fast, than 4 days waiting before shipping, and after - ridiculously slow shipping. So I got it two days after set delivery date. If I know that I would order from other sellers. I still marked that transaction as positive.
