I contacted the seller with photos of the broken bulb. I returned it and received a refund promptly. So I recommend the seller for taking care of the problem. I ordered another one from another seller that came with the a light fixture with one end broken off and a power cord was not soldered in Place. I contacted them with photos in the return window and he refused to do anything.
