They were weirdly overly apologetic, saying they were going to refund the whole cost of the item because it was never sent. They never did that, but the item did show up two weeks later. I don’t think the bottle was full. I have ordered 5 mL oils and you can tell when the bottle is full. This was meant to be a gift for my daughter, who is leaving on a long trip on Sept 12, so I will have no use for this item now because she is leaving tomorrow and I also had to buy her a new backpack and spend more money.
