    Buyer beware ! The item arrived damaged because it was packed improperly without any foam or newspaper to prevent damage to the electronic device. The seller advertised the item had been tested and was fully functional and it was not, he didn't have the decency to include the electric cord to the device. I had to report the seller to eBay to get it shipped. The seller is astute enough to take full advantage of eBay's policies & uses them to his advantage. He smarter than a 5th grader, I was not
