        The seller did warn 'no refund' AND 'no labels' but she advertised a Size 18 Jacques Vert dress and as a regular JV buyer, I can confirm that it is NOT a size 18 (far too small across the bus). I related this to the seller who told me that she herself had measured it as a size 18 and included the measurements in the ad so would not accept my refund request. I feel this to be unfair. If the dress is advertised as Jacques Vert 18, the seller should have used Jacques Vert sizing & refunded me.
