We would purchase this device again.
The Flo by Moen 900-006 has 'learned' our water usage based on the inputted information and given us a weekly report. This device does require a plumber for installation. That cost is more than compensated for by a feeling of security.

Moen 900-006 installation
Be sure to install phone app before installing sensor. It took 4 days to "install" on the phone app after it was placed in service. FAQ's say to give it 24 hours. Once everything was "installed" it works great.
