    I never received the item, and they canceled the order after 3 weeks and said that I requested to cancel which I did NOT. I understand there are issues sometimes, i reached out and they said they will ship it the next day but that next day never came. This is very unprofessional, we are a business and we needed the item. As a result we’ve lost money.
